​​​​​​​​​​​​The National Research Programme “Stem cells and regenerative medicine“ NRP 63 gave rise to a number of interesting new insights in stem cells biology and promising preliminary results for future applications in regenerative medicine, as well as to concrete measures in terms of ethics and regulations that will survive beyond the programme.

The National Research Programme was completed in spring 2016.
